FRESMAN Brave Football Parents & Players:

• ATTITUDE & EFFORT, ACADEMICS and ACCOUNTABILITY

 

1.  Physicals:  Must be completed in order to step on the field.  Please go to athleticclearance.com.

 

2.  Start date for training: TBD

 

• Mon-Thurs.  Strength, Speed, Agility and Plyometric training.  Offensive and Defensive fundamentals.

 

What you need for practice/workouts

• Cleats (blue/white or black)
• X trainers or sneakers for the weight room, NO slides.
• Blue shorts white shirts 

Registration: Please go to The Registration Page and complete.  Once you complete the registration your player will be added to TeamSnap.  The booster board uses TeamSnap for all communications.  You will receive an email invite.  Please accept the invite and download the app.
